Solar Control
Reduced electricity bills and increased comfort can be achieved by the installation of solar control films. Significant reductions in solar heat gain and air conditioning load, together with reduced glare on computer screens and virtual elimination of harmful ultra-violet light.
Privacy
Invicta privacy and decorative window films offer 2-way privacy without seriously reducing the natural light levels.
Available in a range from totally opaque vinyls through to subtle etched effects with a high light transmission.
These installations can incorporate personalised manifestation graphics to re-inforce corporate identity.
Safety & Security
When glass fails, it presents two major threats. Flying shards of glass can produce lethal projectiles causing severe harm to people and property. In addition, window openings that have been breached leave your building open to the elements and unsecured.
A retrofit solution using a very high bonding adhesive system, this rigid edge-retention system has been designed to absorb and transfer impact load evenly across the system without deterioration, helping to retain glass fragments and reduce the likelihood of injury.
Our range of Edge Retension systems, in conjunction with our safety window films or existing compliant safety window film installations, ensures a resistance to repeated attack, whether in the event of an attempted break-in and security threat or blast mitigation and resistance to glass failure due to unexpected spontaneous failure or wind born debris due to natural disaster.
Bomb Blast Protection
We provide and install anti-shatter window films for safety and bomb blast protection. Window film available from 100 to 375 microns thick to meet BS 6206 Class A, BS EN 12600 and Home Office Specifications.
Anti-shatter window films for bomb blast protection can be combined with solar control coatings for heat and glare reduction. They can also be combined with an anchorage system to meet the stringent American G.S.A standard or added security in high risk areas.
UV & Fade Protection
Designed to help reduce the damaging effects of Ultra-Violet radiation which is the major contributory factor in the fading of exhibits, displays and furnishings.
Installing Invicta “Museum” clear window film to the glass can extend the life expectancy of furnishings and fabrics by as much as 2-5 times.
Reduction in U.V. transmissions by up to 99% within the range 300-400 nm.
U.V. protection will be maintained throughout the 10 year warranty life of the window film.

Switchable
Designed to retro-fit to existing glass
Smart Film by Invicta provides cost effective alternative to other Smart Glass technologies, our Film has an adhesive layer on one side which allows it to be applied to both new and existing glass.
The film switches from being clear (transparent) to frosted (opaque), in its frosted state the film provides privacy and security by acting as an electronic blind for glass, window or partition.
In its frosted state the film may be used as a high definition rear projection screen allowing you to display corporate presentations, TV images and videos. A truly innovative product making smart glass technology accessible to everyone while giving your business the added WOW factor.
Data Jammer
Data Jammer is a uni-directional electronic display privacy film installed to prevent non-authorised people from seeing information displayed on TV screens on computer monitors. The film is typically applied as a band across glazed partitions to cover the eye-height region.
Once Data Jammer is applied to glazing, people looking into a room through the treated glass only see a black TV screen or monitor, whilst Data Jammer is a photo chromic light filtering film used to render data on electronic screen displays invisible to unwanted persons. Installed to glass the film has a light grey tint, allowing normal vision through both ways of the glass screen but crucially blocking out the visual appearance of the screen from the external side of the glass.
Data Jammer provides an excellent option for areas where sensitive information can be viewed by others but would breach GDPR regulations.
